Ronnie Wilson:

Now you’ve got how many children?

Laura Smith:

I have three girls.

Ronnie Wilson:

And for how long have you been coming to Luke and the folks on his team?

Laura Smith:

We’ve been coming here for five years.

Ronnie Wilson:

Wow! What is it about the folks here at Chapin Pediatrics that leaves you so satisfied?

Laura Smith:

You know when your kids are sick, it can be stressful. Everyone [here] is patient and accommodating when you call to make an appointment. They can get you in – and – Dr. Bonnett spends a lot of time with us to explain things. We lived downtown previously and our pediatrician downtown, Dr. Dodds, recommended Dr. Bonnett. He knew we were moving out here and he was leaving town; so he recommended us to Dr. Bonnett. And we’ve been happy!

Ronnie Wilson:

What are the things that have impressed you most about Luke and the others in his practice?

Laura Smith:

Probably the amount of time that they spend with us, helping explain things, helping make us feel comfortable. Even with three kids, sometimes you think you know everything; but Dr. Bonnett makes us feel comfortable that we can still ask questions – even though it’s our third kid. But there are always things that come up. And they always make sure they follow up too – when the kids are sick – that they’re feeling better and the treatment that they prescribed is working. It’s a great family practice. The nurses, the front staff – everyone – is helpful and happy to see you, even though you have a sick child or even a well child. But, yes, I always recommend my friends in town to Chapin Pediatrics. You know we love it! We love it here!
