Morgan Bundrick:
Jasmine is five and then we have a three year old and now a two month old.
Ronnie Wilson:
Congratulations. And for how long have you been coming to Dr. Bonnett and his staff here at Chapin Pediatrics?
Morgan Bundrick:
Five and half years, since my oldest was born, day one.
Ronnie Wilson:
And how did you learn of the practice – Luke and the staff – and what was it that compelled you to choose them as your pediatrician?
Morgan Bundrick:
My sister actually referred me, she has two and they come here as well. So when I asked her who she recommended she highly recommended them. And I’ve always heard wonderful things about them prior and that’s what keeps me coming.
Ronnie Wilson:
So what has your experience been – or what have some of your experiences been that have made you feel compelled to remain with the practice?
Morgan Bundrick:
I feel like they are very personable. They will sit down and talk to you and explain anything and everything. They are not always rush, rush, rush. I’ve always had that experience with doctors, my own experience with doctors. You can sit and talk to them. And of course you want the best for your children, they’re your number one. I want somebody who feels like they are their own children.
Ronnie Wilson:
With not merely Dr. Bonnett but also with the rest of his staff, what have you guys’ experiences been?
Morgan Bundrick:
We have had great experiences actually. We have seen every single one in the practice, and with three children we have had plenty of visits. Not necessarily sick visits but just little minor things. Luckily we have had some healthy children, not anything very serious (illnesses) but for your minor colds and strep throat. All my experiences have been wonderful, I’ve never had a bad experience really.
