And we bring back all the patients, we work them up for the doctors and try and get the gist of what\u2019s going on, that way it makes it easier for them so they already know the background. With certain ones we go ahead and start tests, other ones we have to wait, so it kind of just depends. And then after they come in then we just do the follow up so any shots that are needed or any tests that are needed run after they come in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ronnie Wilson:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Very good, and so given the amount of time that you have worked here now, which is coming up which is approaching a year, what are the things you like best about what you do?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Courtney Burns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seeing the kids. That\u2019s pretty much what gets me going every morning is, you know, if they\u2019re not feeling good they come in and so you try and make the best of it. Some of them are terrified to come in but just seeing them smile, that\u2019s really the best.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ronnie Wilson:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What you do and the way that you do it and what the other staff members, whether the actual doctors or NP or people at the front, you know the reception desk, all the way, A to Z, among all the staff, what do you think stands out about Chapin Pediatrics for the people that walk into the doors?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Courtney Burns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With everyone I think it\u2019s our attitude, we\u2019re always willing to help and be there from start to finish. It doesn\u2019t matter what part you\u2019re in everyone is always trying to be helpful. Whether it\u2019s they come in and running late most of the time we\u2019ll help you get back as soon as possible. So a parent has to pick up another kid we\u2019ll try and get you through as soon as possible. Some kids need that little extra time we help them with whatever we can.
