Now when you have your anniversary in July, approximately what, do you know?<\/span><\/p>\n

July seventh I think is when I started.<\/span><\/p>\n

So when you have a four year anniversary, what are you going to do to celebrate?<\/span><\/p>\n

Just another workday.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your role here and how long have you been in that capacity?<\/span><\/p>\n

Kimberly Carter:<\/strong><\/p>\n

So I do all the referrals at the office. When I was at my old job I did referrals there the last probably year to two that I was there so probably about six years now I\u2019ve been dealing referrals. I do sit at check out a lot of times you will see me either at that desk or in another spot in the office.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ronnie Wilson:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ok, when you say referrals for people who don’t work inside medical practices define a little bit, describe what that really implies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kimberly Carter:<\/strong><\/p>\n

So a lot of times when they see the provider here and they feel that they need to get a specialist\u2019s office, we’re in charge of getting that appointment set up for that patient, any authorization for insurance that needs to be obtained then we’re responsible for doing all that.
