Every day when I drop kids off at school, I encourage them to work hard and be kind to someone. Then every night when we put them to bed, we ask them 4 questions, one of which is \u201cHow were you kind today?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ephesians 4:32<br \/>\nBe kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie and Cayci Banks are from Newberry, South Carolina, and have four kiddos: Lucas (11), McLane (7), and twins Annie and Mary Georgia (4). Charlie owns VentureSouth an early stage investment firm and Cayci is Vice President for 1000 Feathers, a national consulting firm that focuses on nonprofits and foundations.
